What we collect
When you contact us or use the client portal, you choose what to send us: usually your name, WhatsApp number, the platform, the amount and the bank or wallet you use. If you email us, we also receive your email address.
What this website stores
- The client portal does not send your request to a server. It prepares a message that you send to us yourself on WhatsApp or by email.
- A short list of your recent request references is kept only in your own browser, and you can clear it on the portal page.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP address and requests in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
How we use your information
- To prepare your quote and arrange your payout.
- To send you receipts and answer your questions.
- To keep records we need for accounting and legal reasons.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your passwords, one-time passwords, two-factor codes, card numbers or PINs.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to carry out your payout (for example, with a bank), or where the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep payout records for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to correct or delete other information we hold about you by emailing support@payoutdesk.net.
