How it works & fees
Simple steps, a written quote before anything moves, and one clear number to compare: what lands in your bank account.
The process
1. Send your request
Use the client portal or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the platform, the amount and whether you want a bank account or a wallet.
2. Receive a written quote
We reply with the rate, our fee, the exact rupee amount you will receive and the expected timeline. Take your time to read it. There is no pressure.
3. Agree and arrange the payout
If you accept, we agree exactly how the platform payout will be handled. We never ask for your password, one-time passwords or two-factor codes.
4. Rupees arrive, with a receipt
Money is sent to a bank account in your own name, and you receive a receipt showing amount, rate, fee and date for your records.
What it costs
There are two parts to the cost, and we show you both in your written quote.
Our fee: 3%
Charged on the converted rupee amount and shown as a separate line in your quote.
Our exchange rate
Based on the daily market rate and adjusted for our costs. You see the exact rate before you agree to anything.
No hidden extras
If any other charge could apply, such as a bank charge, we tell you before you proceed.

How long does it take?
Two things decide the timeline: how long the platform takes to release your earnings (clearing or review periods), and how long bank processing takes after that. We cannot speed up the platform's own clearing. Your written quote gives you an expected timeline for your case.
What we need from you
- The platform and the amount of the payout
- Your name exactly as it appears on your bank account
- Your bank or wallet name
- A WhatsApp number we can reply to
What we never ask for
- Passwords or login details
- One-time passwords or two-factor codes
- Card numbers or PINs
- Upfront fees to "unlock" or "verify" a payout
Check the platform rules. Platforms set their own rules about who may receive or forward earnings. Please read the terms of your platform first, and see our platform guides. We will tell you plainly if a request is one we cannot take on.
